The Expo is not a soundstage, so it isn’t a silent environment. Being directly across from the Farmdale Metro stop, you may occasionally hear trains and other ambient city sounds. Most productions manage this successfully with professional audio capture, but if pristine sound is critical, we recommend additional soundproofing measures or booking a dedicated soundstage.

Not yet — but the space has roof exhaust fans that keep air circulating comfortably on mild days. For the hottest summer days or temperature-controlled shoots and events, we can arrange portable A/C rentals.

There’s no central heating, but we have space heaters and can warm up the studio before your load-in on chilly winter mornings.
